Rust Proof Coatings is an Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems brand. Oak Ridge manufactures the full stack — 7001 primer, the OR93BL and Flak Jacket polyurea barrier grades, and topcoats — which means when we recommend a system, every layer in it is one we make and can stand behind together.
That matters more than it sounds. Most coating failures we get called about are compatibility problems between products from different manufacturers, each of which performed exactly as its own data sheet promised. Owning the whole stack removes that category of argument.
It also means we have no incentive to add a layer that does not earn its place. If your asset does not need a topcoat, we will tell you so and quote two layers instead of three.
We work with specifying engineers, plant and facility groups, industrial coating contractors, and distributors. Written spec support is free and comes from people who have sprayed the material.

If you write coating sections, we will draft one for your asset at no charge — prep standard, layer-by-layer products and DFTs, inspection hold points, and repair procedure. Adapt it, edit it, or use it to sanity-check what you have already written. We are equally happy to be told we are wrong about something.
If you apply coatings for a living, ask about the wholesale schedule, job-specific spec support, and equipment guidance. Running plural-component polyurea well is a capability, and we support the whole thing rather than just shipping drums.
